i operate under colorado's cottage food law, which means that i have completed required food safety courses and am able to bake out of my home. This does limit my flavor offerings, as i cannot offer any item that is perishable (so no cream cheese frosting *sob* i know). it also means that while i can make a cake using gluten free flour, or i can make a cake without nuts, i cannot say that it was made in a nut free facility. feel free to ask if you have questions, and thank you for your understanding.
