THIS DOES LIMIT MY FLAVOR OFFERINGS, AS I CANNOT OFFER ANY ITEM THAT IS PERISHABLE (SO NO CREAM CHEESE FROSTING *SOB* I KNOW). IT ALSO MEANS THAT WHILE I CAN MAKE A CAKE USING GLUTEN FREE FLOUR, OR I CAN MAKE A CAKE WITHOUT NUTS, I CANNOT SAY THAT IT WAS MADE IN A NUT FREE FACILITY.
